When something's right, it's just right. Brian's show of desert-inspired textures was realized in sophisticated breezy blouses with roomy pants, slim dresses resembling sand waves, romantic ruffles falling over the body. My favorite idea, the sleeveless jackets layered over tees and pants, or a dress. It doesn't get better than that.




American as, well, Michael Kors! Regatta stripe tunics with board shorts, polka dot dresses, this season's jumpsuit with a stripe tee, Madras sheaths, and navy/white pinstripes all contributed to a very American slice of apple pie. Michael, I love your playful spirit.




I'm loving Nanette's romantic frame of mind. Floral prints in coats and beaded vests look young, not stuffy, especially with a rolled pant or short. Mixed print tiered skirts look so flirty. And you can't go wrong with a paisley print in a peasant top or jacket - what an instant update to your developing bohemian wardrobe.
