Q. What makes the Saks MasterCard® so special?
A. When you upgrade your existing Saks Store Card to the Saks MasterCard® you receive benefits when you shop inside and outside of Saks.
Q. What is the difference between the Saks Store Card and the Saks MasterCard®?
A. You earn points for spending outside of Saks (3 points at salons/spas, 2 points at dining, gas, groceries, and 1 point everywhere else). Plus, you receive additional MasterCard World Elite or Platinum benefits when they upgrade to the Saks Fifth Avenue MasterCard.

Q. How is my gift card value determined?
A. SaksFirst Gift Cards are issued as a value of 1% of your total net SaksFirst points, in $25 increments. You can get unlimited points toward your SaksFirst Gift Card, including up to 6 points per dollar at Saks. And with your Saks MasterCard® you can earn up to 3 points per dollar on purchases outside of Saks.

A. Yes. SaksFirst gift cards can be redeemed in all Saks Fifth Avenue stores, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH stores, and on saks.com
Q. How do I redeem my SaksFirst points for a Gift Card?
A. You will automatically receive your SaksFirst Gift Card in early February, however, you can also request a SaksFirst Gift Card throughout the year by calling SaksFirst customer service at 800.871.7257 or by redeeming your points online by reviewing your points online.
Q. I am a current SaksFirst member. Will I lose my status or points with the Saks Fifth Avenue Master Card?
A. No. SaksFirst members who upgrade retain their current points and benefits and receive additional benefits from the Saks Fifth Avenue World Elite MasterCard®.
Q. Does the card keep my Saks account separate from my other spending?
A. Yes. You will receive two lines of credit and two separate statements per month: one detailing your purchases at Saks and one detailing your MasterCard® purchases.
